ACE was founded by Brett Kirkpatrick, an NSW-based private property investor who has bought 10 properties over three years. Brett’s personal property history is shared for background only. It isn’t a prediction or promise of any result for clients, and every buyer’s circumstances are different.

We combine market data, local research and plain-English reporting to identify areas and properties that match your brief. Every property we identify is discussed with a licensed buyer’s agent partner in the relevant state, and they handle anything that needs a licence.
